• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

From time to time, Beam Partners Tack Shop runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up for our weekly newsletter bottom right of our homepage. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order on the payment page.

INSURANCE

Beam Partners Tack Shop insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for exmple a gift order) then the person who signs for the packge confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page at the bottom.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Return Policy

Sometimes things don’t work out! We are happy to accommodate returns for store credit or exchange on stock items (non made to order) that you may not be 100% satisfied with. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in new condition and must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the item.

All returned items must be received by Beam Partners Tack before an exchange or store credit can be submitted.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refund on returned items.

Made to order items including nameplates, embroidery and specific color options are not eligible for return or cancellation. 

Beam Partners Tack reserves the right to charge a restocking fee when applicable. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, from the original delivery country.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Store credits will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your cancellation item. 

Items should be returned unused and with all Walsh Products and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags, and other tags should be included with your return.
